Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We are pleased to offer free domestic U.S. shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
International Shipping We ship to select international countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier pricing.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hemp Nest is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via standard shipping carriers.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Hemp Nest is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows "Delivered," so please ensure you have a secure delivery location. If you suspect your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee to send it to the correct location.
