At Hemp Nest, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

1. Return Period

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene: Due to the nature of our products (topical and wellness items), we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items purchased on "Final Sale" or promotional offers.

  • Gift cards.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Proof: You must include clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

  3. Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

5. How to Start a Return

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

6. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return to ensure it meets our conditions (sealed and unused):

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

7. Exchanges

 

If you requested an exchange, the new product will be shipped only after we have received and processed your return.
